See Your Parts Made Before You Buy the Machine
Buying a CNC machine is a capability decision, not a catalogue decision. The fastest way to de-risk it is to see your own part — your material, your tolerances, your batch size — machined on the machine you are considering.
We run sample parts in our Tianjin factory on the same machines we sell, then measure and document everything. You receive the sample parts and the report for engineering review.
Machined from your drawing in the actual workpiece material and heat-treatment condition — not a demonstration part.
Timed cutting cycle so you can calculate output per shift and payback with real numbers.
Key dimensions measured and documented — diameter, length, runout, surface finish, geometry.
Tooling, speeds, feeds and cycle sequence used for the sample — the starting point for your production program.
Share the part drawing (PDF, DWG, STEP), material, batch size and target tolerance via the inquiry form or WhatsApp.
We confirm machine model, fixturing, tooling and cycle plan, and quote the sample run — often free for serious projects.
Parts are machined in our factory while you follow progress by video or photos.
You receive the samples, inspection report and parameter sheet. Review, then decide — no obligation.
