Fittings & Connectors

Hydraulic and pneumatic fittings combine fine threads, sealing surfaces and hex flats on a small envelope. Our machines cut NPT, BSP, metric and SAE threads with single-point threading, then form the flats and chamfers in the same cycle, so every surface stays concentric to one datum.

Back-working with a sub-spindle or live tooling completes the back side of the fitting without re-chucking — critical for elbow and tee bodies where sealing faces must stay coaxial with the thread.
