APPLICATION
Valve components demand leak-tight sealing surfaces and accurate flow geometry. Our CNC turning centers with live tooling and Y-axis turn, drill and mill the complete valve body, spool or seat in one setup, keeping ports, seats and threads coaxial with the main bore.
From brass ball-valve bodies to steel hydraulic cartridge parts, machine configurations are selected around the part — bar feeding for spools, chuck work for bodies, and in-machine probing to hold critical seat dimensions.
