APPLICATION
Bushings and sleeves are defined by roundness, wall thickness consistency and clean inside/outside geometry. Our gang-type CNC lathes hold the thin walls without distortion, machining ID and OD in the same clamping so concentricity is built in rather than corrected later.
For high-volume bush production, short gang-style tool plates cut non-productive travel to a minimum — cycle times stay stable over long runs, and parts collection keeps the finished pieces scratch-free.
