Your Machine Is Accepted on Numbers, Not Promises
Every machine is inspected before it leaves our factory — but with FAT you are in the loop. We define the acceptance items with you in advance, run them on your actual machine and record the results.
Witness the test in person or by live video call; either way you sign off on measured data before the machine is packed.
Spindle runout, radial/axial accuracy, guide alignment and tailstock concentricity measured and recorded.
A standard or customer-specified test part machined on the machine to prove contour accuracy and finish.
Measured values documented against the acceptance standard — a numerical baseline for installation day.
Attend the FAT at our factory or join by video call; recordings and photos are archived for you.
Acceptance items and tolerances agreed with you before the machine is assembled.
Spindle, axes and alignment measured with dial indicators, test bars and gauges.
Test part machined and measured; cutting parameters documented.
You approve the report; the machine is packed with the report, accessories and spares list.
