Shafts and pins look simple, but their value is decided by concentricity, surface finish and consistency across thousands of pieces. Our Swiss-type and slant-bed CNC lathes with bar feeders machine the complete part — OD turning, grooving, threading and cutoff — in one continuous cycle.

Guided bushings support long, slender workpieces so deflection is controlled even at small diameters, while integrated tooling drills cross-holes and mills flats without secondary operations. The result is a shaft that comes off the machine ready for assembly.
