He Honglin was born in a poor mountain village in Hubei, China. From childhood, he was fascinated by machines and electricity, often using his small savings to buy discarded copper wire, gears, motors and components to rebuild and repair.
His entrepreneurial path included difficult lessons in machine-tool manufacturing and automation. Those experiences taught him that manufacturing cannot rely on passion alone — it requires experienced people, mature technology, disciplined engineering and respect for the process.
Today, his focus is to start with the customer's part, understand the real production problem, and bring together the right machine, process, tooling, automation and engineering resources to create measurable value. His mission is to help customers manufacture better and contribute, in his own way, to moving manufacturing technology forward.
