Tianjin Sipengda Automation Machinery Technology Co., Ltd. — trading as SIPENG CNC — is a Chinese manufacturer of precision cutting tools and automated machining solutions under the tagline "Expert in Advanced Manufacturing".
We design and produce solid carbide end mills, high-feed corn cob cutters, thread mills, custom and combination cutting tools, carbide-tipped cutter discs, CNC tool holders, arbors, face mills and automatic tool grinding machines. Every tool is engineered to connect machines, processes and technology into a complete manufacturing solution — not just a product sale, but a delivery that starts from your requirement.
Backed by 5-axis CNC grinding centres, an in-house inspection lab and full manufacturing capability, we serve mould & die shops, automotive and aerospace parts makers, and automated production lines worldwide. Founder & Culture
Founded by Mr. He Honglin, who has spent his career on the shop floor between automatic lathes and grinding machines, SIPENG grew from a machine-trading workshop in Xititou Town into a manufacturer with its own 5-axis grinding, heat-treatment link-ups and inspection lab. The founding rule is simple: "deliver value before profit — every tool must cut, last and earn the customer's next order." Today the same hands-on spirit runs the company: founders still review custom tool drawings, and every shipment leaves with a measured report.
