Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?
We are a manufacturer. Tianjin Sipengda Automation Machinery Technology Co., Ltd. produces solid carbide cutting tools, custom and combination tools, tool holders and grinding machines, with 5-axis CNC grinding capability and full in-house manufacturing.
Which industries do your tools serve?
Our cutting tools are used in mould & die making, automotive and auto-parts, aerospace and 3C, general CNC machining and automated production lines worldwide.
Can you provide a product catalogue and price list?
Yes. Please send your requirements via the contact form or WhatsApp and we will provide the catalogue and an itemized quotation. Because carbide tooling is highly configurable, we quote per specification.
Custom Tools & Samples
Do you make custom tools from our drawing or sample?
Yes — custom is our core strength. Send a 2D/3D drawing or a worn sample and we quote within 24 hours, with free engineering feedback on geometry, material and coating. Typical custom lead time is 7-15 working days.
Are samples available?
Yes, standard samples can be provided for quality confirmation. Sample and freight terms depend on the specific item — please contact us for details.
What is the tolerance of your end mills?
Standard products are ground to tight tolerances (typical diameter tolerance h6/h5, runout within a few microns). Custom tools are made to your drawing tolerance.
Pricing & MOQ
What is your MOQ?
MOQ varies by product: solid carbide end mills and thread mills typically 10 pcs, custom and combination tools from 2-5 pcs, machines 1 set. Mixed batches are welcome for trial orders.
How do you price your tools?
Prices depend on specification — diameter, flutes, coating, standard vs custom. We offer competitive factory-direct pricing; contact us with details for a quote within 24 hours.
What are your payment terms?
Common terms: T/T, Western Union, PayPal for samples. Larger and long-term orders can be arranged flexibly. Contact us to discuss.
Lead Time & Shipping
What is your standard lead time?
Stock standard sizes ship in 3-7 days; custom tools 7-15 working days depending on complexity. Exact times are confirmed on your order.
How do you ship internationally?
By express (DHL / FedEx / UPS) for samples and small orders, and by air or sea for bulk orders. We arrange door-to-door shipping and provide tracking.
Quality & After-Sales
How do you ensure quality?
Materials come from verified carbide bar suppliers, and tools are ground on calibrated 5-axis machines and inspected with precision measuring equipment. We stand behind every shipment.
What if there is a quality issue?
Please send photos and details. Confirmed manufacturing defects are resolved by replacement, credit or the remedy you agree with us — we respond within 24 hours.
Do you support OEM / ODM?
Yes. We manufacture to your brand, geometry, coating and packaging for OEM and ODM programs. Contact us to discuss your specification.
