The Challenge

Special fasteners and precision hardware require consistent threads, accurate concentricity and reliable dimensions across large production volumes. Frequent tool changes, burrs, unstable thread quality and secondary operations can increase cycle time and manufacturing cost.

Our Solution

We configure the Swiss-type CNC machine, bar feeder, guide bushing, collet, cutting tools and machining sequence around the fastener geometry, material and production target. Turning, drilling, threading, grooving, knurling and cross-hole operations can be completed in one controlled setup.

Application

Suitable for special bolts, threaded studs, precision nuts, threaded inserts, sleeves, spacers, bushings, miniature shafts and other stainless-steel, alloy-steel, brass or aluminum hardware components.

Result

The integrated bar-fed machining process improves thread consistency and dimensional stability while reducing manual handling, secondary operations and production cycle time.
