The Challenge

Electronic connectors and precision contacts require tight concentricity, accurate fine threads, thin-wall stability and consistent contact dimensions. Burrs, deformation or unstable surface quality can affect electrical contact, assembly reliability and high-volume production consistency.

We configure the Swiss-type CNC machine, guide bushing, precision collet, bar feeder, cutting tools and machining sequence around the component geometry and material. Turning, drilling, threading, grooving, slotting and cross-hole operations can be completed in one controlled setup.
