We start with your part, production target and real machining challenge — not with a machine catalogue. Our role is to bring together the right machine, process, tooling, workholding and automation around the application. Customers work with SIPENG CNC for direct communication, engineering-led decisions, measurable verification and coordinated support from the first drawing through production start-up.
You send us your part drawing, sample, material, tolerance, annual volume and current machining process. We first understand what you need to produce — not simply what machine you want to buy.
Our engineers review the machining sequence, cycle time, tooling, workholding, material and production volume to determine the most practical turning process.
We select the machine around the part — turning diameter, length, bar capacity, spindle, turret, live tooling, sub-spindle, bar feeder and automation are configured according to the application.
You receive a clear machine configuration, process concept, tooling scope, optional automation and commercial quotation based on the agreed production requirements.
Before delivery, machining programs, tooling, fixtures and cutting parameters are prepared. Where required, trial parts are machined on the configured machine to verify the process.
Sample parts are inspected against the agreed drawing requirements. Accuracy, surface finish, cycle time and machine stability are reviewed before final acceptance.
The machine is checked before shipment through FAT and functional verification. After delivery, we support installation, commissioning, operator training and production start-up.
After the machine enters production, we continue to support tooling, programs, process optimization, spare parts and technical issues to help improve cycle time, stability and cost per part.
