Product Details
The SPD-DK50Y hydraulic squaring machine turns round bar stock into hex, square and multi-facet parts in a single automatic cycle. A three-position tool block plus hydraulic infeed makes it ideal for plumbing valves, brass fittings, fasteners and any shaft-type hardware produced in volume.
Stepless adjustable feed and spindle speed let one operator run several machines. Concentricity and part accuracy are held within Φ0.1 mm with a 1.6 μm finish.
Standard: hydraulic chuck, 3-position tool block, centralised lubrication. Options: automatic bar feeder, collet hydraulic clamp, heavy-cut tool block.
