This 2-flute solid carbide end mill is engineered for high-efficiency roughing of mould cavities, deep pockets and pre-hardened steels. The coarse pitch flute geometry and polished flutes ensure fast, reliable chip evacuation even in deep-cavity work.
Manufactured from ultra-fine grain tungsten carbide bar stock and ground on 5-axis CNC grinding centres, the cutter delivers consistent runout accuracy and a stable core for extended tool life.
Available in uncoated, TiAlN and AlCrSi nano-coated variants. Custom geometries, coatings, helix angles and shank diameters are available on request.
