Product Details
A 4-flute solid carbide end mill with a high-performance TiAlN coating, designed for semi-finishing and finishing 3D surfaces in hardened mould steel, alloy steel and cast iron.
The variable helix / variable pitch design suppresses chatter at high spindle speeds, producing a superior surface finish and allowing higher feed rates. Coolant holes are available for wet or high-pressure machining.
Standard sizes in stock; non-standard diameters, corner radii and reach lengths can be produced to your drawing.
