Product Details
The SPD-DK50S adds a CNC (Beijing KND) control layer to our proven squaring machine platform: cycle programs are stored and recalled per part number, changeover is by screen instead of mechanical setup, and the faceting logic covers 2 / 4 / 6 / 8 / 12 sides on Φ4–50 mm bar.
Like the hydraulic version it runs with hydraulic chucking and a 3-position tool block; the CNC controller adds counting, diagnostics and easy integration with automatic bar feeders for unmanned production.
Standard: hydraulic chuck, 3-position tool block, centralised lubrication. Options: automatic bar feeder, collet hydraulic clamp, heavy-cut tool block.
