The XL-46MY is a high-precision turn-mill compound CNC lathe with a 12-station servo live tool turret and full Y-axis capability. Turning, milling, drilling and tapping are completed in a single setup — eliminating re-fixturing errors and slashing cycle times for shafts, sleeves, fittings and complex turned parts.
Equipped with a SYNTEC 21TB / LNC 6800 control, the machine delivers ±0.003 mm rapid positioning and repeatability, with spindle runout held within ±0.003 mm for consistent part quality batch after batch.
Options: hydraulic tool turret, automatic bar feeder, hydraulic chuck and part collector. One person can operate several machines on cam-type automatic lathe lines.
