The TW-52MY is a high-speed precision machining centre with slanted Y-axis guidance, built for complex parts that combine turning and milling in one cycle — the same class of machine we use in-house to grind our own carbide tooling.
A 12-station servo-driven turret, 11 kW spindle and 20 m/min rapid traverses provide strong material removal with fine finishing accuracy. We also supply matching 5-axis, vertical, gantry, drilling-tapping and horizontal machining centres through our partner machine plants, with full commissioning and training.
Options: bar feeder, hydraulic chuck, work collector. Tooling, fixtures and CNC programs can be provided together with the machine so you start cutting parts on day one.
