Product Details
This carbide-tipped cutter disc combines a hardened steel body with brazed tungsten carbide teeth, offering a cost-effective solution for continuous profile cutting in production runs.
The body can be re-sharpened multiple times, and worn teeth can be re-brazed, significantly lowering the per-part tooling cost compared to solid carbide.
We produce the disc tooth form, diameter, bore and tooth count to your specification, suitable for automatic feeding machines and CNC routers.
